INDEMNITY/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GreenPLUS, GreenPLUS Registry, and those affiliated with GreenPLUS and GreenPLUS Registry (GreenPLUS) shall not be liable to any user or anyone else for any inaccuracy, error, omission, interruption, use of any content herein, regardless of cause, for any damages resulting therefrom.
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall GreenPLUS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including but not limited to loss of data or lost profits, that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in our Site.
As a condition of use of the Site, the user agrees to indemnify GreenPLUS, its suppliers, and its third-party service providers from and against any and all liabilities, expenses and damages arising out of claims resulting from user's use of this Site, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by user of these terms and conditions. If you are dissatisfied with any material on the Site, or with any of terms and conditions for using the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

With respect to the information, materials and services provided by GreenPLUS and in linked sites directly or indirectly accessible from the Site, GreenPLUS makes no representations and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to: warranties of title, noninfringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, suitability of the information; the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the content, services, products, text, graphics, links, or other items contained within the Site; or the results obtained from accessing and using the Site and/or the content contained herein.
GreenPLUS does not warrant that the functions contained in the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site, including the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. The user assumes the entire cost of all necessary maintenance, repair and correction.
Use of the Site is at your own risk. GreenPLUS does not purport to address all of the environmental issues and/or the safety issues, if any, associated with the home or with the use of GreenPLUS; it is the responsibility of the user to establish appropriate environmental, safety and health practices and to determine the applicability of regulatory requirements.

GreenPLUS does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information provided by any information provider or content provider, or any user of the Site or other person or entity. CUSTOMER PRODUCT REVIEW GUIDELINES
When writing a product review, please follow these guidelines:
Your review should focus on specific features of the product and your experience with it.
The best reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked a product, but also why. Feel free to talk about other related products and how this item rates in comparison
Provide specific details about what you did and didn't like about the product
Remember that the purpose of submitting a product review is to provide insight for other customers who are considering purchasing the product
Keep in mind that all submitted product reviews are subject to the terms set forth in our Terms of Use
We reserve the right not to post a product review if it contains any of the following:
Any information not related to the actual product or manufacturer.
Obscenities, defamatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
Prices, advertisements, spam content, or references to other products, offers, websites, or competitors
Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
Critical or spiteful comments about other product reviews posted on the page or their authors
Any imagery that demonstrates incorrect use of the merchandise
Product reviews will not be posted if the reviewer does not have experience using the product. Product reviews must meet all internal guidelines and be written in English.
A review is not an appropriate place to tell us our catalog has typos in it. If you'd like to tell us about a specific problem, please contact us.
We try to check and post product reviews within five to seven business days of their submission. If a product review is not posted after that time, it may have violated one of the guidelines above and therefore did not get approved. Following the guidelines on this page will ensure your product review is posted.

Changes are periodically made to the information in our Site, and GreenPLUS may make improvements and/or changes in our Site at any time.
GreenPLUS shall have the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove terms of this agreement, our Online Privacy Policy, or the Site at any time. Notification of any such changes may be made herein, but is not guaranteed. Changes shall be effective immediately, and subsequent use by you of the Site shall constitute your acceptance of them.
